Embracing transformative listening as rarity: Fostering self- and other connectedness with the Transformative Listening Protocol

We invite participants to an experiential session to explore and expand their capacity of embodied and transformative listening in dyads In this interactive/reflective session, participants actively engage with the Transformative Listening Protocol (hereby TLP). Pairs will alternate being a storyteller and story listener, both without and with the Protocol, and reflect on their experience and insights. The TLP was developed by the Transformative Listening Collaborative with its origins in the International Transformative Learning Conference (ITLC) 2018 where the group originally was formed and met to produce the International Day of Listening (IDOL). This collaborative has continued to meet, research, and co-publish around transformative listening and offer our latest iteration in this session.
